Peter saw the great catch and suddenly, almost all at once, a sequence of 4 things happen to him:

1. He has an Epiphany -this is God!
2. He has a Reaction – I’m a sinner!
3. He is given Reassurance – Fear not!
4. His is given a Commission – Be fishers of men!

This is natural and understandable reaction to seeing God.  One we can experience in the Eucharist Service.
