Paul makes some very important points that are all interrelated – they kind of build on each other. Let’s highlight at least 3:

1. The work of God on the Cross is complete – there’s nothing else we need to add to it

2. The result of His work is for us to be “new creation”

3. As “new creation” we should have NO room for pride
